Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar invites guests to travel to the northeast corner of Italy’s Veneto region. On Friday, May 7 at 6:30 p.m., guests will savor exclusive wines from the Balan Company paired with a specially prepared dish by Executive Chef Mimmo Ferraro. The menu and wine pairing are offered for $125 per person, all inclusive.

Today, the Balan Company, founded in 1962 by Sergio Balan, is run by fourth-generation family members who combine decades of knowledge and a passion for winemaking to preserve and protect the uniqueness of each Balan vineyard. Since the late 1980s, the Balan Company has continued to distribute more than 2,000 high-quality Italian wines, including some of the most well-known wines in the world, to premier partners around the globe.
