In response to customers seeking a more diversified menu with more global flavors, Smokey Bones is introducing new flavors with global influences as well as street tacos and an industry-leading two-pound giant beef rib. Hailed as the “Protein Candy Store,” these new menu additions solidify the restaurant’s reputation as the “Masters of Meat.

Smokey Bones, which has 61 locations in 16 states, features BBQ from different parts of the United States famous for their BBQ, including fan-favorite classic Memphis dry rub ribs, Texas-style brisket and North Carolina pulled pork. The new menu takes guests outside the United States to delight in the influences of Thailand, China, Japan and India.

Now, in response to customers seeking sophisticated exotic flavors, Smokey Bones is including global rib flavors, Korean BBQ Pork Belly Pops, BBQ Street Tacos, Fire Grilled Mahi and an industry-leading two-pound giant rib beef. “We really leaned in hard on the “Meat Is What We Do” branding to what I call the “Protein Candy Store,” said Smokey Bones Chef Peter Farrard.  “Smokey Bones new menu is unapologetically ‘meat forward.”

The new menu items include:

Global Rib Flavors – House-smoked St. Louis ribs basted with choice of globally influenced sauce.  Choose two 1/3 racks from Chinese BBQ, Korean BBQ, Teriyaki, Spicy Mango Tandoori, Jamaican Jerk, classic Sweet & Smokey BBQ, Brown Sugar, or Memphis Dry Rub.  Includes two regular sides, garlic bread, and choice of soda, Blue Moon, Miller Lite, or Coors Lite Pint.  Priced from $19.99.

2 Pound Giant Beef Rib – Slow smoked and ultra-tender, 2 lb. beef rib served with sweet and smoky potato wedges, red wine demi-glace, house-made chimichurri, garlic bread and choice of regular side.  Priced from $39.99.

Korean BBQ Pork Belly Pops – Slow-cooked, tender pork belly, flash fried until crispy with a Korean BBQ sauce served with fresh cucumber salad and a spicy mayo drizzle.  Priced from $11.99.

BBQ Street Tacos – Slow Cooked Pork Carnitas served in a soft flour tortilla with chipotle mayo, onion, salsa, jalapeños, cilantro, and pickled red onions.  Crispy Fried Chicken served in a soft flour tortilla tossed with spicy mayo with onion, salsa, cilantro, and pickled red onions.  Or Crispy Pork Belly served in a soft flour tortilla with spicy Korean barbecue sauce with chipotle mayo, onion, cilantro, and pickled red onions.  Priced from $10.99.

½ Pound Fire Grilled Mahi Entrée – 8 oz. Mahi Mahi fillet served blackened with citrus butter and choice of two regular sides priced from $19.99, or a 5 oz. Fire Grilled Mahi Sandwich, served with one regular side, priced from $13.99.

In addition to the menu additions, Smokey Bones continues its partnership with American Cancer Society with their February Make Change For Cancer campaign. They launched three specialty beverages, two cocktails and one non-alcoholic with $2 from every purchase going to ACS for cancer research. A Taste of Haven, featuring RumHaven coconut rum; The Game Changer, featuring New Amsterdam vodka and Butterfly Potion lemonade all use color changing Butterfly Pea Flower Tea.
