Now more than ever, people are ordering food for delivery. It’s a great no-hassle, quick turnaround way to get dinner on the table. Consolidated Restaurant Operations recognizes that and as a result has opened three virtual kitchens in their Dallas-Fort Worth restaurants. The virtual kitchens are all about doing one thing – and doing that one thing really well. Focusing on wings, burgers, and healthy bowls, the three virtual kitchens are called Hashtag Wings, Craftsman Burgers and Craftsman Bowls. All are now open for business in North Texas.

Hashtag Wings is all about wings, and does them four ways: Buffalo, Garlic Herb Parmesan, Sweet Thai Chili and Chipotle Barbecue. Wings come in batches of 5 for $8 and 12 for $18. Blue cheese and ranch dipping sauces are available for an additional 60 cents. The sole side dish is hashbrowns, which sell for $3.

Craftsman Burgers is proud of using only Certified Angus Beef brand meat in its hand-crafted, quarter-pound burgers. Offerings include The Craftsman ($12), which comes with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sliced red onions and pickles; the Smoked Gouda Bacon Melt (also $12); the Truffled Mushroom Burger ($13), which comes with fried onion strings on top; and the Veggie Burger ($10), with house-made lentil cakes.

Craftsman Bowls serves chef-crafted bowls with seasonal farm-to-table ingredients. Offerings include the Steakhouse Bowl ($14), with tenderloin, fingerling potato, asparagus, tomato, bacon, green onion, almond, white balsamic vinegar and creole mustard dressing; and the Vegetarian Poke Bowl ($9) with sweet potato, beets, wild rice, cucumber, avocado, jalapeño, cilantro, sesame seed and ponzu sauce. Other protein choices include chicken, chicken salad and salmon.

Food from these three kitchens is available via delivery only. Third-party delivery partners are Grubhub, Door Dash, Favor and Uber Eats; order via the third-party delivery platforms (prices may vary). Catering orders are also accepted.
