America has been just on the cusp of winning free wings over the last two years. In 2019 and 2020, two spectacular fourth quarters took the possibility off the board. But this year, three times may be the charm with another run at free wings for America if the Big Game goes into overtime.

No games this postseason have gone into overtime yet. But we’re going to believe football is saving that extra-session magic for the Big Game. If that’s the case, everyone in the U.S. and Canada will win free wings on February 22, from 4-7 p.m. local time.

“Overtime is synonymous with Buffalo Wild Wings and we’re leaning into that yet again this year with free wings for America if the Big Game goes into overtime. Because the only thing better than extra football is free wings,” says Rita Patel, Chief Marketing Officer for Buffalo Wild Wings.

According to Buffalo Wild Wings gaming partner BetMGM, the overtime odds for the Big Game opened at +900 which means a $100 bet would pay out $900 (including stake) if OT happens. That equates to the sportsbook thinking America has a 10% chance of winning free wings.

While February 7 marks the most important football game of the season, it’s also one of the busiest days for Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants. As America’s largest sports bar, hundreds of thousands of fans will enjoy wings, burgers and more from Buffalo Wild Wings across all 50 states.
