CFS Brands announced it has completed the acquisition of AyrKing, a company that specializes in the engineering and manufacturing of food preparation equipment and related accessories that make foodservice operations more efficient and profitable. Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, AyrKing is the clear leader in automated breading, blending/sifting and commercial marinating equipment and is a key supplier to several major quick serve restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery chains. AyrKing also produces food blenders, mixers, drive-thru windows, ice baths and work tables.
