British restaurant guest experience management company Yumpingo has announced the appointment of David Cantu as president, effective immediately. Cantu will spearhead the Company’s U.S. operations, and will be responsible for growing the sales and global consumer-facing teams as well as leading the expansion of the U.S. team.

Cantu brings over 30 years of restaurant industry experience, having most recently served as cofounder and chief customer officer at HotSchedules, a leading provider of end-to-end, best-in-class technology and services for the restaurant and hospitality industries, since 1999. Cantu has also previously worked in numerous managing roles at restaurant brands such as Outback Steakhouse and PF Chang’s.
