Nobu Hotel Chicago announced signature culinary experiences that are as exceptional as they are socially distant. From in-room and Rooftop options to private dining rooms available for small groups, signature Nobu offerings are carried throughout the 115-room luxury hotel and available for takeout to offer guests memorable dining experiences that delight the senses.

For the first time, Nobu Hotel Chicago will offer Nobu’s world renowned cuisine from the comfort of one’s own room. A Nobu guestroom is its own sanctuary, but with the addition of in-room dining, it becomes one of the very few intimate places in the world to enjoy such a spectacular offering. Guests can order Nobu classics to be delivered to their door, takeout style. Chicagoans and travelers alike are looking for opportunities to continue to dine outside of the home, and a Nobu guestroom provides peace of mind to escape in comfort and safety. Each boasting exclusive Nobu beds and floor-to-ceiling windows, the tranquil design of the Nobu guestrooms perfectly balances the vibrancy of the surrounding West Loop.

Beginning this Friday, October 30, the namesake Nobu Restaurant—which opened its doors earlier this month and marked the completion of the hotel—will offer takeout to provide guests with a taste of Nobu at home. The menu will be offered Monday to Sunday for dinner 5PM – 10PM and will feature most of the beloved cuisine that was offered indoors. Diners can look forward to signature dishes like Black Cod with Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño Sashimi, and an array of world-renowned sushi.

The 10,000 square foot restaurant boasts two private dining rooms that are available for private events of up to 14 people each. Featuring carved sliding screens that cleverly mask state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, each room offers the capability to add a virtual seat to the table for friends and family near or far. Each dining room also features its own ensuite restroom for added privacy, so guests can gather together with peace of mind.

For guests who want to linger longer and enjoy the luxuries of a Nobu hotel stay, the new Family Gathering package includes a special Bento-Box meal to be enjoyed from the comfort of the hotel’s spacious Sake Suites or Nobu Villa. Each featuring separate spaces for sleeping and entertaining, the distinctive Sake Suites include a private dining room that can seat up to eight people, along with a wet bar and a lounge area. With its 14-foot-high ceiling and stunning city views, the Nobu Villa can seat up to 10 people in the spacious dining area. Equipped with a signature pool table, lounge area, and separate guest bathroom, the 1,900 square-foot-space can connect to a Deluxe King for a two-bedroom option for friends or family members who won’t want to leave.

The 11th-floor Rooftop at Nobu Hotel Chicago will remain open and is ideal for dining al fresco with family and friends this holiday season. Offering signature dishes from Nobu Restaurant, The Rooftop at Nobu has transitioned to a lounge atmosphere and is equipped with heating lamps to provide warmth to those enjoying world-class cuisine and one another’s company against the backdrop of the stunning city skyline. The menu will be offered Monday to Thursday 4PM – 10PM and Friday to Sunday 12PM – 10PM. Come morning, breakfast will be offered for both hotel guests and for takeout ensuring a peaceful and energizing start to the day.
