The Beeman Hotel, managed by Evolution Hospitality, announced the appointment of Corey Stewart as Director of Food and Beverage, overseeing the property’s culinary offerings. The Beeman Hotel recently revealed a top-to-bottom renovation and launched a new restaurant concept Seely’s Mill in September 2020. Located on the hotel’s first floor, Seely’s Mill honors the Lone Star State’s long-standing BBQ traditions with its menu of classic smoked meats and dishes inspired by Texas flavors.

With more than 15 years of experience within the hospitality and food and beverage spaces, Corey’s career has focused on dining, catering, and events. Corey joins the property team having worked with the likes of The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts & Headington Companies of Texas. He also served as the Director of Food & Beverage for the Lumen Hotel, and most recently, as the Director of Food & Beverage at The Historic Queen Mary in Long Beach California, an Evolution Hospitality property.

Upon joining The Beeman Hotel as Director of Food & Beverage, Corey’s role is to manage all things culinary within the hotel, including the property’s in-room dining, banquets, catering and onsite restaurant. With vast experience at top tier hotel brands nationwide, Corey brings profound knowledge and passion to The Beeman Hotel.
