**DEADLINE EXTENDED**

FSR is now accepting nominations for its 2021 Rising Stars report. It’s been a tough year for restaurants but also one that has emphasized the ingenuity and resiliency of the industry. While innovation knows no age, this report will spotlight the individuals who are relatively young but already leading in the field.

CHECK OUT 2020’s RISING STARS

Past Rising Stars have held wide-ranging roles including chef, restaurateur, franchisee, founder, sommelier, brewmaster, mixologist, general manager, executive, marketer, server, and more. Nominees must be under age 40 as of February 1, 2021 and have demonstrated extraordinary ability and/or potential in their foodservice careers.
