Two different Toasted Yolk Café franchisees signed new leases for restaurant spaces in League City and Bellaire, Texas. Paul W. Vernon, Executive Vice President in the Retail Division of Henry S. Miller Brokerage, and Campbell Vise, an Associate in the same division, represented the tenants.
In League City, TYC leased approximately 6,110 square feet—part of a larger vacated restaurant space—in Pinnacle Park located at 2535 Gulf Freeway South. In Bellaire, TYC leased approximately 4,100 square feet of new shell space in the recently rehabilitated Bellaire Town Center, 5103 Bellaire Blvd., Suite 160, on the southwest corner of Bellaire and South Rice Avenue. These two new restaurants are Toasted Yolk Café’s 15th and 16th locations.
Open for breakfast and lunch, The Toasted Yolk Café closes at 3 pm to ensure work/life balance for employees. The restaurants serve beer and wine, a unique offer among restaurants of its type, and is currently franchising throughout the state of Texas.
