Buffalo Wings & Rings, a Cincinnati-based, elevated sports restaurant franchise is launching an Oktoberfest-themed, limited-time menu featuring new, beer-inspired offerings that pair perfectly with a cold one (or two). The fall menu will be available for a limited time beginning September 28 at participating U.S. locations.

“The concept of our new limited-time menu came from the idea of bringing friends and family together for a meal, as the seasons start to change,” says CEO Nader Masadeh. “We were already in the process of bringing more beer options to our guests, including utilizing it in the kitchen with our Fish ‘N Chips recipe. We know our guests enjoy seeing new and different menu items and since beer is such a big part of our product mix, we wanted to find ways to incorporate it into the menu even more. The timing worked out perfectly to launch for the fall season and for Oktoberfest, giving our guests something to celebrate during a challenging year.”

The brand’s new, fall-inspired menu items include the Sam Adams Drunken Chicken Tenders, which can be ordered as three or four pieces of crispy, beer-battered chicken tenders, served with made-in-house beer-cheese dipping sauce and French fries. The menu also features the Sam Adams Drunken Chicken Sandwich, a sandwich with crispy, beer-battered chicken, applewood smoked bacon, beer cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce and tomato on a brioche bun with French fries. Both items are made with fresh (never frozen) chicken and hand-dipped to order in housemade batter.

In addition, the new Korean Chicken Sandwich consists of fried chicken tenders tossed in Korean gochujang sauce, topped with spicy Asian slaw, on a brioche bun with French fries. On the appetizer front, the brand’s limited-time menu also features the new Sam Adams Pretzel Bites — soft and airy deep-fried pretzel bites, served with made-in-house, warm beer-cheese dip.

Buffalo Wings & Rings’ fall menu is available in-restaurant and can also be ordered online for pickup or delivery where available.
