Chef Nicholas Kayser of Rooted Craft American Kitchen in Boulder, Colo. will be featuring a locally inspired “Glamburger” on his menu this month.

The Glamburger project, sponsored by the American Lamb Board, challenged a selection of Denver and Boulder-based influencers to craft American Lamb burger concepts for the chef’s new menu. “Peach Don’t Kill My Vibe Burger,” featuring Palisade peach chutney, goat cheese and mint on a whole wheat oat bun from Celia Galvin of @mountainsandmimosas won top honors.

Additional Glamburger competitions are taking place in San Francisco and Washington, D.C.
