Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, the popular breakfast spot known for its innovative breakfast dishes, vibrant and energetic atmosphere, and creative morning cocktails, is celebrating International Bacon Day on September 5, 2020, with three spectacular bacon-centric specials and a strong charitable arm.

For one day only, Snooze is offering a special menu with a cocktail, a pancake, and an eggs Benedict dish, each featuring the highly-praised Tender Belly Bacon. Tender Belly Bacon is one of Snooze’s long-standing partners and sustainable purveyors, given their high quality product and shared passion for sourcing with care.

The Bacon Day specials include:

Bacon It Easy: Bacon-infused vodka, bacon crumble, Snooze Sriracha and house Bloody Mix

Habañero Pork Belly Grilled Cheese Benny: Seared, cider-braised habañero pork belly, cheddar, and jack cheese inside our locally sourced brioche; griddled and topped with poached cage-free eggs, our smoked cheddar hollandaise, and Bacon But Different crumble

Graceland Pancakes: Buttermilk pancakes with caramelized raw sugar, topped with bacon-whipped mascarpone, black peppercorn-infused Slopeside maple syrup, Tender Belly bacon crumble, and candied pecans. Also available without bacon.

This annual food holiday is yet another way that Snooze continues to make a difference by doing “Breakfast But Different,” by donating $20,000 to Share our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign to end childhood hunger. Snooze has committed to donating $20,000, which will provide 200,000 meals to hungry kids across America.
