Foxtrot Market, a modern-day convenience store with two locations in Dallas (Uptown and Snider Plaza in the Park Cities) is featuring new late summer chef prepared meals including sandwiches and salads, café menu items such as melts, refreshing beverages and a trendy coffee drink.

Foxtrot’s in-house chef has created summer sandwiches and salads that are easy to grab and go in-store or order for delivery! Sandwiches include The Italian Stallion ($9.50) – capicola, fennel salami, calabrese salami, aged provolone, tomato, bibb lettuce with parmesan spread on a baguette and the BBQ Chicken ($8.50) – a BBQ rubbed chicken sandwich made with Foxtrot’s made in-house bbq sauce, pickled red onion, cider vinegar slaw and mayo on sourdough bread. Salad options include Borderlands Salad ($10) – fresh greens, quinoa, chicken tinga, poblano, cherry tomato, scallion, cilantro, toasted pepitas, red onion, cotija and avocado ranch dressing; Falafel Salad ($10) – summer greens, falafel, red onion, cucumber, mint, parsley, cherry tomato, pickled zucchini, marinated artichoke and feta topped with lemon tahini dressing; Aloo Gobi Salad ($9) – roasted potato salad made with pickled cauliflower, kale, lentils, bell pepper, serrano, fig masala vinaigrette and toasted coconut; and a Greek Orzo Salad ($9) – made with pickled zucchini, tomato, kalamata olive, feta and shallot-dill vinaigrette.

The café menu features new additions perfect for every meal including a Carne Asada Breakfast Taco ($3) – flour tortilla, egg, carne asada, cheese, roast corn, poblano and tomato; Sausalito Melt ($8) – a veggie melt made with basil pesto, beefsteak tomato, kale, pickled red onion and smoked fontina cheese on a demi baguette; Bella Vita Melt ($9) – the classic chicken melt with garlic and herb chicken, roasted broccolini, roasted kale, aged provolone, giardiniera on a demi baguette; Gochujang Beef & Veggie Sandwich ($10) – this Asian inspired sandwich features gochujang beef, miso mayo, and kimcheese on a demi baguette; lastly, the Sweet Potato Hash ($9) – a veggie bowl made with roasted sweet potato, broccoli, kale, spinach, red pepper, pickled red onion, zhoug and toasted pepitas.

To round out the new items, a few beverages have been added to the café menu including Dalgona Whipped Coffee ($5) – a creamy whipped coffee beverage made from Foxtrot’s house cold brew concentrate, hot water, white sugar and hand-frothed milk; Espresso Mint Fizz ($4) – an original Foxtrot café special made from their Oak Cliff Coffee espresso, vanilla syrup, agave nectar, peppermint extract and Topo Chico; and a refreshing Strawberry Lavender Lemonade ($4.50) – lavender and strawberry syrups mixed with lemonade to balance out the tart lemon with sweet strawberry lavender flavors.
