Shooters Waterfront’s curbside program offers individuals with ready-made to-go lunch and dinner meals for just $10. Patrons can choose from a wide-ranging selection of entrees which include the Shooters Waterfront Cheeseburger, made with Certified Angus beef, cheddar, Shooter’s signature sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and onion on a brioche bun and served with french fries; Roasted Rosemary Lemon Chicken, that has been brined and marinated and is accompanied by savory carrots and potatoes; and Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Pasta, consisting of grilled chicken, mornay sauce, onions and parmesan cheese.

For Families:

Shooters Waterfront’s To-Go Family Meal Packages can serve 4-6 people. Customers can choose from an entree choice of Grilled Soy-Ginger Glazed Salmon, Roasted Rosemary Lemon Chicken, Smoked Chipotle Meca BBQ Grilled Skirt Steak, St. Louis Style Ribs, Baked Four Cheese Rigatoni, or the Vegan-friendly option is available: Pipían Verde, made with grilled broccoli, roasted baby peppers, sautéed portobello mushrooms, spinach, heirloom tomatoes and saffron quinoa. All entrees, which range from $110-140 per order, are accompanied by a choice of Caesar Salad or Shooters’ House Salad, three side dishes ranging from saffron quinoa to grilled asparagus, one dessert (chocolate cake or apple pie), as well as dinner rolls and butter.

Private Dining:

Shooters Waterfront’s private upstairs “Papillon” dining room, which seats up to 12 people, is the epitome of luxury and seclusion. A private elevator will whisk you away to the second floor, which has its very own kitchen and bathroom to service the dining room, further ensuring social distancing. This service is available for $100 F&B minimum/person.
