Rail Trail Flatbread Co. will be celebrating Valentine’s Day next month with Hudson’s first-of-its-kind heart-shaped flatbreads. The flatbread boxes will be garnished with love poems, themed “We <3 Hudson,” written by third-grade students from the local Mulready Elementary school.

RTFBCO’s heart-shaped flatbreads will only be available for purchase on Valentine’s Day (February 14th) for dine-in, online ordering, and takeout. They will be made out of the restaurant’s signature hand-stretched Gold-Rush-era sourdough, and topped with a choice of scratch-made toppings, like chicken bacon ranch, or classics, like cheese and pepperoni.

“Our students are excited to have an opportunity to share their talent and love for their home town with the local community,” says Mulready Elementary’s principal, Kelly Costa Sardella.

“We can’t wait to gather around the table with our loved ones and share a heart-shaped flatbread,” says partner, Jason Kleinerman, “Our team is so excited to see what the Mulready students come up with.”
