Time Out Market Chicago will open to the public on Thursday, November 21 at 8 a.m. Located in 916 W Fulton Market, the highly anticipated food and cultural market will bring the best of the city under one roof: its best chefs, drinks, and cultural experiences, based on Time Out’s editorial curation.

Time Out Market Chicago will offer a curated mix of 18 kitchens, three bars, demonstration kitchen, event kitchen, entertainment platform with bleacher seating and an all-season rooftop bar complete with impressive skyline views – all across 50,000 sq ft. Visitors will get to explore local food from the city’s most acclaimed chefs and much loved restaurateurs, and then come together with family and friends to enjoy their meals – on china with flatware – at communal tables in the center of the market. But this is not just about outstanding food and drinks, there will also be cooking classes with top chefs, live performances with local talent and cultural experiences.

Time Out Market Chicago also offers a wide variety of non-alcoholic drinks and several counters serving beer, wine, spirits in addition to an unparalleled menu of craft cocktails.

Time Out Market Chicago is open Sunday through Thursday from 8 am to 10pm and Friday through Saturday from 8am to 11pm. Select eateries serve breakfast items in the morning, while most others open at 11am; bars stay open until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
