Gary Callicoat, president of Rusty Bucket, is a huge bourbon fan. So much so, that he partners with Woodford Reserve every year to create his own blend of whiskey that is available exclusively at Rusty Bucket restaurants. He just launched his most unique blend yet – G15. It is one of the most unique blends to date because Gary and the team had to pull another barrel as none of the blends they were tasting were quite the right fit. Rusty Bucket also has its own private selection blend of Old Forester.

G15 has sweet aromatics on the nose of floral and oak. On the palate, it is complex with peanut/hazelnut characteristics, and has a long finish with dark fruit notes such as cherry, fig and orange twist.
