Executive chef Taylor Neary of Holmes, the eclectic American restaurant and bar within the historic Jones House at Alpharetta City Center, has recently launched a new fall menu, complete with seasonal plates to share and an autumnally-inspired cocktail list.

Dinner guests to the restaurant over the next few weeks can pick and choose various dishes for the table such as 16-oz Ribeye with barbequed onions and jalapeno salsa verde; Braised Greens with peanuts, preserved onions, hoisin and cilantro and Sweet Potato served “loaded” with bacon, asher blue, bbq walnuts and agrodolce. Like the dinner menu, the restaurant’s lunch menu, also available seven days a week, features seasonally-inspired appetizers, fresh salads and sandwiches showcasing ingredients from local farms.

A fall cocktail list rounds out the menu and includes inventive selections like Put Yo Caffeine Where Yo Mouf Is made with old forester bourbon, stumptown nitro cold brew, aperol, chai tea infused chicory liqueur, pineapple, lemon, float smith, smith & cross jamaican rum; No Days Off with cinnamon coconut rum, blue curacao and pina, and more. All drink titles are inspired by comedian Chris D’Elia’s Netflix stand-up bit titled “Man on Fire,” a favorite of Holmes’ lead bartender, Leonardo Tamayo.
