A staple in the Atlanta dining community, C&S Restaurant Group is thrilled to announce the opening of their fourth concept, C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar, in Sandy Springs’ Modera complex. Keeping with the timeless tradition of their original concept, C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar will offer diners a fresh, modern approach to seafood with focus on the highest quality ingredients and sustainably-sourced seafood.

The new menu will feel similar to the C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar in Vinings with new dishes from Executive Chef Jon Schwenk that incorporate the Sandy Springs area and discoveries from Chef’s recent travels. The bar program is designed with an after-hours crowd in mind featuring an extensive list of bourbon and unique signature cocktails as well as locally sourced beer and wine.

“We’re excited to be moving into a new culinary epicenter of Atlanta, Sandy Springs,” says co-owner Rich Clark. “The neighborhood has had great success over the past year with new restaurant concepts and we are excited to be in the company of great neighbors.”

A modern interpretation of Art Deco, C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar will include unique terrazzo floors, sculpted carpets, custom light fixtures, and deep green tiled columns. Peter Zakas, of Z-Space Design, is consulting on the project and wants to focus on carrying the timeless philosophy throughout the entire design.

“C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar could be considered transitional in its design,” says Zakas, “With rich leather and stylish mohair, warm two-toned millwork and gold antiqued mirrors throughout.”

The space will also feature an exhibition kitchen and a semi-private dinging space located on the mezzanine level of the space.

Located at 6125 Roswell Road, Suite 700, Sandy Springs, Georgia, C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar will serve lunch and dinner seven days/week with extended hours on the weekends.
