Chef Marc Marrone has announced two new eateries to open by mid-summer 2019. Graffiti Bao, which launched as a counter concept in the T-Mobile Arena in April 2019 will expand to an independent storefront concept at Buffalo Dr. and Warm Springs Rd., due by late summer. Piña by Graffiti Bao, a Modern Mexican concept will join Graffiti Bao in the offerings at T-Mobile, debuting this weekend on June 15, 2019.

Graffiti Bao is an exploration of Southeast Asian street food inspired by Chef Marc’s travels.

“I just want to bring people together by exploring different cultures through food,” says Marrone. “That’s really at the heart of everything I do.”

Graffiti Bao and Piña join several other projects already in the works by Marrone and partner Todd Lunger, including Italian Graffiti, Graffiti Pizza, and a downtown Las Vegas rooftop destination, previously announced.

After receiving his culinary degree from the French Culinary Institute, Marrone rose through the ranks of the original TAO kitchen, starting as a sous chef and working his way up to the top as West Coast Corporate Executive Chef of TAO Group, leading the TAO Group restaurants.

Todd Lunger has worked with MGM Resorts International, Tao Group, Wynn Las Vegas, and The One Group. With his partner Chef Marc Marrone, they debuted their fast-casual concepts Graffiti Bao and Pina by Graffiti Bao in the Spring of 2019, and announced Italian Graffiti, Graffiti Pizza (both coming to The Bend in 2020) and another rooftop concept in Downtown Las Vegas to be named (also due 2020).
