Edward Don & Company, a nationwide distributor of foodservice equipment and supplies, announced the acquisition of Shervan Colonel Equipment Corp., located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Shervan hasdesigned and installed kitchens across the United States, including some of the highest volume restaurants, casinos and resort properties. Shervan Equipment will operate as a division of Edward Don & Company and remain under the leadership of Drew Shervan.

This deal represents Edward Don & Company’s fourth acquisition since its investment from Vestar Capital Partners in March of 2017.
