In celebration of the National Restaurant Association’s Centennial, the organization is partnering with Unilever Food Solutions to focus on issues critical to the future of the industry. During the next ten years, the restaurant industry is expected to add an additional 1.6 million jobs to the existing one million open positions in the restaurant and accommodations sector. With the ever-growing need of recruitment and retention, the National Restaurant Association and FairKitchens, supported by Unilever Food Solution, have joined forces to help restaurant owners and operators find solutions to this rising concern, starting at this gathering.

To make ‘FairKitchens’ and the learnings from the roadshow a reality, attendees are also invited to visit the FairKitchens resource hub, which is dedicated to providing training and support to chefs and operators, including tools such as a customizable code of conduct and practical videos to help drive a blueprint for a better, healthier kitchen environment.
