The Balcony, a chic two-story New Orleans-style restaurant on Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Boulevard, is celebrating Mardi Gras with pizazz. From Tuesday, March 5–Sunday, March 10, The Balcony will feature menu specials; and on Tuesday, March 5; Friday, March 8; and Saturday, March 9; it will host spectacular Mardi Gras-themed parties, so guests can celebrate in true “N’awlins” style.

“What better way is there to celebrate Mardi Gras than at The Balcony, a New Orleans-inspired restaurant with a twist,” says Kim Bokamper, former Miami Dolphins player and partner in PDKN Restaurant Group, which owns The Balcony. “Attendees can enjoy the best of Mardi Gras without even leaving South Florida, and enjoy great food and drink specials, and $3,000 in prizes to win.”

Balcony Krewe Party ― Saturday, March 9; all day

  • Participants and their Krewe could walk away with a $1,000 bar tab. Those participating choose their theme, sign up in-store or at thebalconylasolas.com/about-us/contact, and walk in The Balcony’s Las Olas 2nd line parade. The best Krewe wins. Parade starts at 4 p.m.
