The acquisition will create Taffer Consulting, an expansion of parent company Taffer Dynamics Inc., creating the most comprehensive hospitality consulting company in the world featuring top concept visionaries, business plan developers, marketing specialists, operation leads and more.

Todd Lunger – President

With more than 20 years of hospitality and nightlight experience, Todd Lunger is a globally known developer and operator with a deep background working with some of the most prestigious properties such as MGM International Resorts, Caesars Entertainment and Wynn Resorts. Lunger was part of a team that opened the largest venue in the Middle Easter, the Pacha Nightclub and Restaurant in Souk Madinat. Lunger was responsible for creating the complete infrastructure and oversaw the recruiting program for the venue, which included two restaurants, three nightclub and an acrobatic show.  In his role as President of Taffer Consulting, Lunger oversees all aspects of the team’s operations and strategies.

Izzy Kharasch – Vice President of Culinary

Izzy Kharasch is an award-winning chef and operator who has worked with Jon Taffer for more than 30 years. Kharasch has an extensive background in successfully leading and mentoring hospitality executives and business owners for more than 300 restaurants, clubs, hotels, casinos and universities around the globe. Kharasch specializes in exceptional menu development, kitchen design, production design and the fine tuning of all things culinary. As the vice president of culinary, Kharasch will be responsible for bringing strategic direction to the team while addressing areas including but not limited to design efficiency, budgets, increasing sales, long-range planning, systems implementation, national purchasing programs and more.

Michael Sullivan – Vice President of Business Affairs

Michael Sullivan has a rich hospitality background with The Ritz Carlton, Wynn Resorts and other award-winning operators with an operations, marketing and technology background. With more than 25 years of experience working in these fields, Sullivan has played an integral part in opening and operating some of the nation’s most profitable bars, restaurants, lounges and nightlife venue. In his role, Sullivan’s focus is on the day-to-day relationship, flow and servicing of clients.

Adam Modder – Vice President of Operations

Adam is a solid experienced operations leader with an exceptional history managing the highest volume beverage operations in the world for Hakkasan Group. For over a decade, Modder has managed bars, ultra-lounges, day clubs and nightclubs in Las Vegas and San Diego for the largest hospitality companies in the county including sbe, Wynn Nightlife and Light Group. Modder’s broad spectrum of experience in both front and back of house operations will be an asset while creating policies and procedures that are essential to successful operations.

Omar Galeano – Vice President of Venue Strategies

Omar Galeano brings over 17 years of success at the forefront of vibe dining and nightlife across the globe working with world’s highest volume beverage operations. Throughout his career, Galeano has directed music programming for dayclubs as well as corporate entertainment coordination for major fortune 500 companies. With a background in artist management, event coordination, venue operations, AV systems installations and much more, Galeano brings an unmatched skill to Taffer Consulting with a focus upon experience programming, marketing, entertainment and venue positioning.
