Idahoan Foods announced Craig Gentry as Vice President of Foodservice. In this newly created role, Craig will report to the President and CEO, Drew Facer. Craig is charged with leading the Foodservice division of Idahoan Foods, with direct accountability for foodservice sales, marketing, trade allowance and school bid teams.

Gentry has a strong pedigree in foodservice, having served in a variety of sales, operations and executive roles at Unilever and most recently working as the Managing Director of Accelerynt, a business to business consulting company.

Gentry has a proven track record of success in business development and results delivery on a national and international basis. In addition, he is skilled at facilitating long-term business relationships with both customers and industry luminaries.

“We are thrilled to bring Craig in to provide a laser focus to individual and team execution surrounding the growth of our foodservice business,” said Drew Facer, President and CEO of Idahoan Foods. “I am confident that he fits our culture and entrepreneurial spirit exceptionally well.”

Gentry’s role as a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Idahoan Foods will allow him to further capitalize on his specialty of delivering performance through people. The addition of his strong leadership skills and forward thinking to an already high-performing division will help further accelerate the actualization of sales, volume and profit goals.

“As a leader, I lean into the concept of velocity, speed multiplied by purpose,” says Gentry. “I look forward to working with this world-class team to generate greater velocity—enabling Idahoan Foodservice to capitalize on the market opportunity.”
