Temazcal Tequila Cantina, a vibrant Mexican eatery and tequila bar well-loved in Boston’s Seaport District, is expanding to Framingham and set to open Labor Day weekend. Fans of upscale Mexican cuisine will get their fix at 155 Worcester Road across from Shoppers World plaza, just west of the Natick Mall.

This 7,100-square-foot building provides ample space for more than 250 seats while a warm-toned color scheme keeps the restaurant cozy yet sophisticated. Guests are encouraged to try a drink from Temazcal’s renowned tequila library, featuring 250+ varieties that serve as the backbone of the restaurant’s extensive beverage program, including signature margaritas, cocktails, wine, and beer.

An elevated bar will catch the eye as guests enter. In addition to a lower dining area with more than 100 seats, the space features a stylish upper lounge with sliding doors to that open to the outdoors for New England’s beautiful spring, summer, and fall weather. The space also includes a private dining room with a 48-seat capacity perfect for special events. For those who crave Temazcal’s made-from-scratch Mexican cuisine to-go, this location includes a special take-out door and patron parking on the side of the building.

Known for sizzling fajitas, intricate salads, and creative tacos, the brand will soon be rolling out new food and beverage items, debuting at this Framingham location.
