Scotty’s Brewhouse, the Indiana based craft beer sport bar, known for its unique burgers, fried pickle chips and $4 craft beer pints, is opening a new location in Poplar Bluff, Missouri Thursday.

“We are extremely excited about this location. This is the prototype for all our future Scotty’s Brewhouse locations,” says Chris Martin, president of Scotty’s Brewhouse. “The people of Poplar Bluff have been very supportive and helpful since we made the announcement we would be opening here last year. We look forward to being part of this great community and to our future expansion throughout the State of Missouri.”

Scotty’s Brewhouse plans to open multiple locations in Missouri over the next three years as they continue their nationwide expansion. Last month Scotty’s opened a new location in Waco, Texas; their first of multiple locations planned for the State of Texas. The company also is looking at expansion opportunities in Ohio, Michigan, Florida, Arizona, Illinois and the East Coast.

Scotty’s Brewhouse will serve lunch and dinner and seat 180-plus between its dining room and bar area 7 days a week opening at 11am. The restaurant will have 40 TV’s showing national and local sporting events as well as a full-service bar with 32 draft lines featuring local craft beers.

“We are proud to offer $4 craft beers every day of the week,” said Mark Sontag, Director of Food and Beverage. “We work very hard to carry new and unique beers created by local breweries as well as traditional favorites that guests can enjoy as they watch the games.”

Scotty’s Brewhouse food menu includes innovative crafted burgers, shareable appetizers and unique entrees. Guest favorites like dill chips, wings and the award winning Shewman Special Burger featuring peanut butter, bacon and jalapeños are mainstays on their large menu. Scotty’s Brewhouse also offers a lunch menu, gluten sensitive dishes and vegetarian options.

Scotty’s Brewhouse also offers a substantial Loyalty Rewards program via a smartphone app. Members get $10 off $35 every Tuesday and Sunday, a free entrée on their birthday and anniversary, $5 off after 5 visits and other exclusive promotions throughout the year. The app also features mobile pay, carryout ordering and location information.

“We’re looking forward to bringing many positive experiences to Poplar Bluff, as a neighborhood restaurant, and through initiatives and local partnerships within the community,” continues Martin.
