The hot sauce category continues to grow, especially among younger guests. Female customers are interested in “sweet-hot” offerings and 23 percent of males aged 18-34 are looking for a “hotter” hot sauce. Millennial males are a key, with the highest reported usage (83 percent) of hot sauce.
