Growler USA, a Colorado-based craft beer microbrew pub, has named franchise industry veteran John Kutac as the company’s new president. Kutac’s passion for the brand, along with his extensive background in growing emerging brands and working in the restaurant space will be pivotal as the brand continues to develop its craft beer and craft food pubs across the country.
Kutac brings a plethora of experience to his new role at Growler USA including 10 years with Romano’s Macaroni Grill, owned by Brinker International, where he worked his way up to Managing Partner. There he assisted in growing the brand to over 200 locations. Following his time with Brinker International, Kutac held leadership roles at Western Capital Partners and Clear Choice Dental Implants before taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer of WellBiz Brands, Inc., one of the world’s largest wellness organizations.
As the new President of Growler USA, Kutac will be setting a clear vision of growth for the brand and leading the company in selling 10 new pubs this year, along with successfully opening 14 already signed locations. Kutac will also be placing a strong focus on ensuring successful openings for each location and providing strong ongoing support for Growler franchisees.

Growler USA is a microbrew pub dedicated to offering only 100 percent American-made craft beverages and a food menu designed and engineered to celebrate the flavors of each drink. The brand has 21 locations across the country, each offering a variety of regional and nationally recognized beverages, and remains True to the Brew with up to 100 taps of craft beer, hard cider, draught wine, and hand-crafted non-alcoholic beverages such as root beer and kombucha tea.
