Rusty Bucket Restaurant & Tavern announced the launch of online ordering at all restaurants. The new platform will provide guests with the option to conveniently place their orders and pay ahead of time online and pick-up in the restaurant.

“Online ordering is a rising trend in the restaurant industry and we are excited to offer our guests this option when enjoying their favorite Rusty Bucket items on the go,” says Gary Callicoat, president, Rusty Bucket. “Introducing an online ordering platform is part of our ongoing innovation strategy to improve convenience for our guests while delivering the same high quality and genuine hospitality they have come to expect from our restaurants.”

To order online, individuals can visit www.myrustybucket.com and enter their address or zip code to get started. Or, users can download the Rusty Bucket mobile app, available for iOS and Android, to place orders directly from their smartphone. Under this system, individuals can also set a pickup time of their choosing upon ordering digitally.

Rusty Bucket has partnered with Olo, a leading provider of online and mobile ordering capabilities for over 200 restaurant brands, to serve as the digital interface for the company’s online ordering platform.

“We are very pleased to partner with Rusty Bucket to help this growing brand elevate its technology capabilities to better serve its guests in the way they want to be served,” says Noah Glass, founder and CEO of Olo. “With the launch of digital ordering, Rusty Bucket can now offer its guests the added convenience of ordering and paying ahead for a faster experience at pickup. The call for convenience is a trend that is here to stay.”

In addition to the online ordering capabilities, Rusty Bucket continues to innovate by offering other digital options for guests, including the option to purchase e-gift cards. Individuals can instantly send a gift card in any amount from $5-$100 by email. E-gift cards can be printed out or shown via mobile device to be redeemed at any Rusty Bucket location. Physical gift cards are also still available for purchase.

Guests dining at select Rusty Bucket locations can now make reservations for parties of seven or more and add parties of six or less to the waitlist online through OpenTable. Rusty Bucket is also currently testing delivery at all of its restaurant locations.
