Scotty’s Brewhouse announced the launch of a new, eight item seasonal menu, featuring seafood and Greek inspired appetizers, salad, sandwiches, and entrees

The new menu options, available until April 15th, are ideal for guests looking for vegetarian and Lenten-friendly options. The eight new items include:

Sweet & spicy shrimp, hand-breaded shrimp lightly fried and tossed in a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce

Homemade Lobster Bisque, thin and creamy blend of roasted bell peppers, leeks, lobster puree, and cajun seasoning

Grilled Shrimp & Avocado Tacos, warm flour tortillas stuffed with seasoned grilled shrimp, chopped lettuce, pico de gallo, avocado, and cilantro lime sour cream

Falafel Wrap, hand-rolled crispy falafel balls wrapped in a honey wheat tortilla with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers, and scratch-made tzatziki sauce

Bluegill BLT, crispy breaded bluegill fillets, thick cut bacon, lettuce, tomato, and garlic parmesan aioli stacked on a toasted onion roll

Greek Falafel Salad, mixed green tossed with fat-free roasted red pepper vinaigrette and topped with grape tomatoes, sliced cucumber, red onion, crumbled feta, and hand-rolled falafel balls

Pasta Primavera, linguini pasta tossed in a buttery garlic sauce with fresh broccoli, corn & squash medley, lemon juice, and shredded parmesan cheese. grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, or grilled/blackened salmon can be added for an additional charge

Mess of Bluegill, a generous portion of crispy breaded bluegill fillets served with fresh lemon wedges, tartar sauce, cole slaw, and natural cut fries

“We are known for our creative, unique burgers,” says Mark Sontag, Director of Menu Development for Scotty’s Brewhouse. “With this seasonal menu we wanted to create some new dishes that were just a creative and delicious, but were a little lighter as well as vegetarian and Lenten-friendly.”

The new options are available at all Scotty’s Brewhouse locations in Indiana, Ohio and Illinois. Prices range between $4 for the Lobster Bisque up to $14 for the Mess of Bluegill entrée.
