ParTech, Inc., a leading global provider of point of sale (POS) and workforce efficiency solutions to the restaurant and retail industries, announced a new partnership with Workpop, a modern hiring and onboarding solution. ParTech, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation.

The technology partnership will now enable PAR’s cloud-based Brink POS Software to seamlessly connect with Workpop’s Applicant Hiring System, providing shared customers real-time access to personnel changes made in Workpop.

Shared customers will benefit from a seamless integration designed to help restaurants and retail businesses maintain up-to-date employee data via Brink software.  New employees added to Workpop sync to Brink immediately upon activation, and the integration requires no additional manual entry. The integration can also synchronize employee terminations in Workpop to Brink.

Workpop is the first applicant tracking system that has an API integration to Brink in real-time.  This means it works faster than batching CSV files, ensuring higher record accuracy and less friction in customers’ new hire workflows.

“This integration provides Workpop and Brink customers with a seamless connection, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing that employee records are always current and accurate,” says Workpop Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Reed Shaffner. “We are proud to be working with a leading company like PAR to bring its Brink customers a unique solution in the labor management space.”

The integration is also quick to deploy, so shared customers of Brink and Workpop can be up and running in weeks, not months.

“We are excited to welcome Workpop to Brink’s extensive partner ecosystem,” said Paul Rubin, Chief Strategy Officer, ParTech, Inc. “This partnership further expands Brinks offerings to customers and enables restaurant managers to easily access and maintain up to date records of employees and prospects in a secure platform.”
