Available at participating locations in the USA and around the world from January 15–April 17, the menu includes dishes like a savory Boneless Beef Short Rib, the mystifying “Not your Mom’s” Fried Chicken, and the irresistible Sirloin Steak with Bacon Chive Butter.

“Tony Roma’s spirit of innovation is strong and drives our success, beginning that day in 1972 when Chef David Smith first threw Baby Back Ribs on the grill and slathered them with his own special BBQ sauce,” says Jim Rogers, chief marketing officer for Romacorp, Inc. “As we redefine our brand experience and introduce a sensational new menu around the world blending classic Tony Roma’s menu items with bold, innovative new dishes, our ‘New Classics’ limited-time menu is a first taste of what’s to come from Tony Roma’s. We’re thrilled to let fans take a bite out of our future as they taste a few of our favorite new menu items that celebrate our culinary creativity.”

With the “New Classics” menu, Tony Roma’s channels their inner-rib heritage to the delight of fans with the Boneless Beef Short Rib, a melt-in-your-mouth favorite, complemented with a red wine and mushroom demi-glace sauce, mashed potatoes and seared garlic green beans. Fans who love flavor fusion will be mystified with the “Not Your Mom’s” Fried Chicken, taking the classic comfort food to a new level of savory goodness with a batter infused with the flavor of waffles and maple syrup. Topped with a tangy chicken gravy and served with mashed potatoes and seared garlic green beans, the dish is fast becoming a fan favorite.  Finally, steak lovers will crave the new Sirloin Steak, grilled to perfection and finished with a succulent bacon chive butter, served with creamy mashed potatoes.

“We wanted to bring a few of our favorite new menu items to the forefront as we give fans from all over the world the chance to experience a few of our flavorful new dishes,” said Chef Bob Gallagher, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage. “We know that our guests are always craving more of our American-style cooking, and these dishes pack a lot of flavor into innovative new recipes that are sure to delight.”
