From trending superfoods, like bok choy, to Asian-inspired flavors and the new plant-based Beyond Meat burger, TGI Fridays launched a new Better For You menu that goes beyond the typical “lighter” entrée options.

Here’s what’s in store:

The Beyond Meat Burger: This plant-based offering features a 6-oz. Beyond Burger patty, grilled and topped with white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles and Fridays sauce. The Beyond Burger patty can also be substituted for any of Fridays existing Burger Bar concepts, appealing to both traditionalists and adventurous eaters alike.

Dragon Glaze Chicken with Fresh Mango Pico (Cal. 720): Grilled all-natural chicken breast with a sweet and spicy Korean BBQ glaze and mango pico de gallo. Served on a bed of jasmine rice and super veggies packed with flavor.

Get double veggies instead of rice for all the flavor and fewer calories (Cal. 330).

Super Veggies: Fridays new “Better For You” side features a mix of bok choy, broccoli, red bell peppers & sugar snap peas steamed with fresh lemon for a light citrus flavor.
