Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, known for its boldly flavored, classic American menu in an inviting, fire-centric atmosphere, has introduced its Winter Features menu, featuring rich and savory menu items perfect for warming up on cold, wintry days. Additionally, guests can enjoy in Firebirds’ Winter Wine Feature, offering Robert Mondavi Private Selection Bourbon Barrel-Aged Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.

- Wood Grilled Jumbo Shrimp with tortilla slaw, pineapple salsa and creamy cilantro lime sauce
Lunch Entrees
- Honey Rosemary Fried Chicken Sandwich with crispy slaw, pickles and Sriracha aioli on a brioche bun; served with choice of side
- Seared Tuna Superfoods Salad: Seared and sliced sushi-grade tuna served over spinach, organic red quinoa, cucumbers, avocado, grilled corn, edamame, and radish, tossed with avocado green goddess dressing
- Ancho Steak: Wood grilled steak sliced and served over ancho chile demi-glace, topped with fresh pico de gallo; served with parmesan mashed potatoes
