P.F. Chang’s, the full-service Asian restaurant industry leader known for its Farm to Wok food philosophy where every dish is made from scratch, every day in every restaurant, is opening a new restaurant in Rochester Hills, Michigan, on October 23.

The 5,861-square-foot, 158-seat upscale restaurant that includes a 32-seat outdoor patio will feature P.F. Chang’s unique menu of Asian dishes, including guest favorites such as Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, Cecilia’s Dumplings and Mongolian Beef, plus lighter lunch pairings, street fare, and hand-rolled sushi and dim sum. Guests at the Rochester Hills restaurant also have access to P.F. Chang’s complete wine, beer and specialty cocktail offerings.

“We’re excited to open our doors in Rochester Hills,” says Hal Lawlor, P.F. Chang’s regional vice president. “Our guests will enjoy our Farm to Wok scratch-cooking food philosophy where we use only wholesome ingredients, purposeful recipes and the power of the fiery wok.”

P.F. Chang’s currently owns and operates more than 300 restaurants in the U.S. and in 22 countries and territories, including eight locations throughout Michigan.
