On October 17, 110 Grill Marlboro, the 10th location from the 110 Grill restaurant group, will open its doors to the public, debuting an upscale-casual atmosphere, 1,822 square-foot outdoor patio and distinguishable dining experience for all guests. With their modern American cuisine and trendy restaurant feel, the 110 team sees Marlboro as the perfect location for their continued expansion in New England, and looks forward to serving the community for years to come. Located at 115 Apex Drive in Marlboro, Massachusetts, the 6,000 square-foot, 182-seat restaurant is the first business to open in the new Apex Center development on Route 20, and offers modern American cuisine with unparalleled gluten-free and dietary restricted menus.

Following the vision of Director of Culinary, Elliot Williams, 110 Marlboro’s menu contains classic 110 favorites to warm up guests this fall season. Williams brings his global culinary influence to the menu with seasonally inspired dishes that are proficient in allergy awareness, offering the entire menu 100 percent gluten-free.

Guests can enjoy seasonal additions which include Pappardelle Bolognese with a blend of beef, pork and veal topped with parmesan and fresh basil, 110 Meatloaf Burger with a mixture of ground beef, pork and veal with a smoky glaze, served with an herbed focaccia bun with leaf lettuce, fried onion strings and sriracha ketchup, Candied Walnut Encrusted Goat Cheese Salad with drizzled amber honey, artisan greens, arugula, caramelized onions and blueberries tossed in a balsamic reduction, and Shrimp & Clam Linguini with sautéed shrimp tossed in herbed clam sauce with roasted tomatoes and linguini, finished with basil and parmesan and accompanied by a grilled ciabatta bread.

Signature items on the menu include Cucumber & Avocado Tuna with sliced Cajun tuna, jasmine rice, avocado, thinly sliced cucumber, honeydew melon, and light soy ginger dressing, Chimichurri Steak topped with an herb and garlic infused chimichurri sauce and served with seasoned fries and the Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese with BBQ pulled pork, crispy onion strings, and a cracker crumble. Impressive steak cuts include 110’s Bourbon-Marinated Steak Tip served with a whiskey glaze. The bar features a variety of craft beer offerings from both local breweries and national brands, a diverse wine list and creative signature and seasonal cocktails.

In addition to Marlboro and the recent openings in Braintree and Haverhill, the 110 Grill team is projected to open four new locations between now and 2018, with the four in Massachusetts including Fall River, Worcester, Athol and Wrentham, as well as one additional restaurant in Stratham, NH. Beyond the next two years, the team plans to use the same strategy and move further into uncharted territories, with plans to expand into additional New England markets, yet no specific plans for any locations beyond the Northeast have been confirmed.

To celebrate the Grand Opening of the 10th 110 Grill location, 110 Grill Marlboro will offer the first 110 guests complimentary samples of a special chef’s tasting paired with signature cocktails, highlighting new menu items from Chef Elliot Williams and cocktails from Beverage Manager James Adams.  From 4–6 PM, get a first-hand preview into the flavors of fall as chef guides guests through this exclusive sampling, not to be missed.
