To express gratitude to all the tireless first responders, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, a national restaurant chain that creates authentic, inventive Italian dishes, will offer a free Mom’s Ricotta Meatballs & Spaghetti entrée to those who have helped so many of America’s communities recently. First Responders are invited to visit and enjoy their complimentary Mom’s Ricotta Meatballs & Spaghetti starting today, Tuesday, Oct. 10 through Tuesday, October 31, at any of its 93 locations in the United States.

“Recently, many of our communities have suffered from devastating natural disasters and tragedy. Our nation’s brave first responders are always the first to arrive, putting their lives at risk in order to generously help others,” says Randy Sharpe, Senior Vice President of Operations for Macaroni Grill. “At Macaroni Grill, we want to show our deep appreciation for all first responders and the least we can do is provide them with a delicious meal, on us, as a small token of our thanks.”

First responders including police officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics and all hospital medical staff members need only to show their credentials when dining-in during normal restaurant hours to receive a free Mom’s Ricotta Meatballs & Spaghetti per person, for either lunch or dinner, as part of Macaroni Grill’s #MacGrillGratitude.

Mom’s Ricotta Meatballs & Spaghetti includes house-made beef, veal, pork and ricotta meatballs sprinkled with Romano cheese and crushed red chile, topped with imported Pomodorina sauce and served over imported, bronze-cut spaghetti. Macaroni Grill has used bronze-cut pasta since the very beginning as it creates imperfections in the pasta’s surface allowing each noodle to hold more cheese, meat, and sauce than a perfectly smooth pasta would—making every bite delicious.
