Dallas diners can stop by for a pie and pint at the Arizona-based concept’s third national location when it opens in Deep Ellum on October 12. Developed by Evening Entertainment Group (EEG), led by Diane and Les Corieri, Bottled Blonde Pizzeria + Beer Garden will showcase contemporary Italian fare, including the brand’s signature pizzas and extensive local craft beer selection, in a high-energy setting. Whether grabbing lunch or viewing the big game, the dynamic, open-air concept, located at 505 N. Good Latimer Expy is set to bring something fresh–both in menu and design to the district.

Bottled Blonde consulting chefs Jared Porter and Joe Absolor created a from-scratch menu using quality ingredients sourced local when possible. All items are made in-house from the pastas, pizzas, sauces, salad dressings and more.

“We have always loved visiting the state of Texas and could not be more excited to be opening our third and largest location in Dallas,” says Les Corieri, owner of Bottled Blonde and co-founder of restaurant group, EEG. “We’ve carefully crafted menu items and a beer selection that we hope reflects the outstanding culinary scene here and look forward to making Deep Ellum our next home.”

A marriage between a classic Italian kitchen and German bier garden, Bottled Blonde has an expansive 10,000-square-foot location. The open-air concept will bring a breath of fresh air to Deep Ellum with glass garage doors providing the illusion of al fresco dining throughout the space. The lushly landscaped covered patio will be a one-of-a-kind oasis during cold winter months with exterior garage doors shielding Dallas’ outdoor elements. The relaxed décor is further complemented by communal-style seating and a gourmet stone oven for the restaurant’s signature pizzas. It’s the ideal place to meet fellow sports enthusiasts, try the restaurant’s vast array of craft beers, kick-back for a late lunch or celebrate occasions with a large group.
