Unveiled Tuesday, the new limited time menu from IHOP Restaurants pairs craveable, mouth-watering, fresh fruits with made-to-order signature breakfast foods. The stars of the lineup—strawberries, blueberries, and bananas—are picked at the height of freshness and mixed to create delicious flavors combinations, like Fresh Strawberry & Orange and Fresh Berry Berry Banana, which are then served over warm, vanilla-dipped Brioche French Toast or sweet cream stuffed crepes. The latest seasonal offerings start at just $4.99 and deliver the sun-kissed taste of summer in every bite. Known for customization, the all-day breakfast brand lets guests get creative by also adding the new fresh fruit toppings to any menu item, including its world-famous Buttermilk pancakes.
“The new Fresh Market menu at IHOP spotlights the fresh, vibrant flavors of summer. The natural sweetness from fresh, ripe, juicy berries, paired with bright citrus flavors and bananas, creates a harmony of tastes when served with vanilla custard dipped Brioche French toast and delicate lace crepes filled with a delectable sweet cream” says Chef Nevielle Panthaky, vice president, Culinary at IHOP.
Also introduced as part of the new summertime menu, Fundue, features five, hot-off-the-griddle Silver Dollar Buttermilk Pancakes served with fresh strawberries, sliced bananas, and rich, smooth, Nutella—making it the perfect breakfast starter or shareable dish.
“There is something inherently fun about breakfast foods, no matter what time of day they’re enjoyed,” says Kirk Thompson, senior vice president, marketing for IHOP. “A dippable, shareable, dish like IHOP’s Fundue, which includes fresh strawberries and bananas, our hot-off-the-griddle Silver Dollar Pancakes, and delicious Nutella Hazelnut spread breaks the breakfast rules a bit and brings out the kid in all of us, regardless of age.”

The new Fresh Market menu featuring Fresh Strawberry & Orange, Fresh Berry Berry Banana, Fundue, and new Strawberry Lemonade is available May 30—July 30 at participating IHOP restaurants nationwide. The new menu items can be enjoyed on their own or as part of a combo meal with the choice of eggs, bacon, sausage or ham, and more.
