Brothers Jack, Jeff and Russ Sinanaj started Empire Steak House in 2010 after working within the hospitality industry for decades, honing their craft in order to create an exceptional brand of their own. The trio opened their first Empire Steak House on Manhattan’s west side and went on to open a second location on the east side.

Due to their unique interpretation of opulence and warmth, the trio remains leaders in New York’s luxury steak game. The brothers are now bowing to popular demand and introducing their first commercial bottle of sauce—Empire Steak House: New York’s Steak Sauce ($5.95 for 12 fl. oz.).

The sauce hits store shelves in 28 Gristedes’ locations and at the Taste NY Long Island and Todd Hill Welcome Centers this week. The sauce is also available for online purchase at http://empiresteakhousenyc.com with nationwide shipping.

“One of the joys of operating multiple locations in New York City is introducing new products to a wide range of consumers. As a fan of Empire Steak House, I am excited to introduce their delicious sauce to the Gristedes customer,” Gristedes owner John Catsimatidis says about the partnership.

Jeff Sinanaj, co-owner of Empire Steak House is equally excited and says “Our customers have been asking to take home our steak sauce since day one, so this is a major milestone we always hoped to meet. Partnering with a retailer like Gristedes is such an honor. We couldn’t imagine a better home for the debut of our steak sauce.”

Empire’s sauce takes steak to the next level. The deep-amber, richly-flavored sauce boasts aromatic notes of horseradish, roasted onion and mild garlic. Savory flavors are balanced with a touch of vinegar for the perfect pair to even the most marbled steak.

The naturally low-calorie and fat-free sauce was created for Empire’s finest steaks but the sauce is fantastic with everything from a burger to roasted chicken. It can even be blended into a meaty pasta sauce for something new.

Along with their expansion into grocery stores, the brothers are gearing up for their very first international location of Empire Steak House in the Roppongi district of Tokyo. Empire Steak House will be located within a brand-new luxury hotel from Candeo Hospitality Management Inc., which runs 13 properties across Japan.

Located on the first floor of the progressive and chic hotel, Empire Steak House will bring their signature steaks to Tokyo. Renowned for offering the finest cuts of meat, freshest seafood and exceptional service, Empire Steak House is a brand synonymous with excellence.
