Fuddruckers, an iconic, Texas-born hospitality brand, is debuting its first new Houston-area location in almost two years. Opening on April 11, the approximately 4,000-square-foot restaurant is situated at 8510 Creekside Forest Drive on the corner of Kuykendall Road in The Woodlands.

The site will introduce the option of self-ordering with four, state-of-the-art touch screen kiosks.

Peter Tropoli, chief operating officer sats, “We have been part of The Woodlands community for over 30 years with our location at 2290 Buckthorn Place and we are pleased to introduce a second location at Creekside. While patrons will find a number of familiar elements, we’re also looking forward to unveiling some special site-specific surprises.”

The home for the “World’s Greatest Hamburgers” will join an array of specialty tenants, ranging from CHI St. Luke’s Health to the Coffeeshop Company, at Crossroads Square at Creekside Park, a recently completed, four-acre lifestyle center. Fuddruckers guests will enjoy development amenities including a pedestrian-friendly piazza, central valet service and covered walkways.

A showcase for Fuddruckers’ eclectic décor, referencing the brand’s classic, Americana tradition, the interior offers seating for 147, including a private dining room where teams and families can celebrate with a capacity of 36, and nine bar counter seats overlooking the open kitchen. Five televisions will ensure patrons are always in sight of any big game, while toasting their team with an assortment of beers. A spacious patio opening to the piazza will accommodate an additional 28 diners.

Since 1980, Fuddruckers has been obsessed with making the world happier, one great hamburger at a time. Grilled-to-order burgers feature always fresh and never frozen, 100 percent USDA premium-cut beef with no fillers or additives. Delicious, sesame-topped buns are baked from scratch on-site throughout the day to achieve the perfect combination of crisp crust and melt-in-your-mouth texture.

And while burgers are the signature, the engaging menu offers variety for many tastes with an array of hand breaded chicken tenders and onion rings, sandwiches, platters and salads. No matter what they choose, customers can customize their meal with a trip to the legendary Build Your Own produce bar, which features fantastic fixings like sun-ripened tomatoes, lettuce, sliced onions, dill pickles, pico de gallo and classic cheese sauce.
