Ruth’s Chris Steak House is bringing its signature style and sizzling steaks to Cleveland. The upscale steak house, which is known for its award-winning wine list and exceptional service, opened the doors to its newest location at 200 Public Square Monday.

Located in the third-tallest skyscraper in Cleveland, the modern and stylish dining room will be open seven days a week including all major holidays. The 11,000-square foot space restaurant will offer USDA Prime Steaks, sourced from the top 2 percent of the country’s beef and served sizzling on 500-degree plates, alongside high quality seafood, fresh salads and appetizers, homemade sides and decadent desserts.

“With Cleveland’s burgeoning food scene, we’re so excited to share our beautiful restaurant and cuisine for locals and visitors to enjoy,” says Eric Scofield, general manager of Ruth’s Chris Steak House Cleveland.

The newest location of the Ruth’s Chris brand will offer guests the same, exceptional steak house experience that the Ruth’s Chris name has become synonymous within a modern, elegant atmosphere. The finished restaurant includes two, private dining rooms which can  accommodate parties of 15 to 70 guests for celebrations and events of all kinds: from rehearsal dinners to corporate gatherings.

Before opening its doors, Ruth’s Chris will host private team training dinners benefiting The Boys and Girls Clubs of Cleveland. The organization is a nonprofit, which provides safe and fun places for the kids who need it most by promoting the social, educational, health, leadership, and character development of girls and boys during critical periods of their growth.
