Growler USA, a fast-growing craft beverage franchise with locations in nine states, named Eric Anderson Director of Pub Training. In his new role, Anderson will oversee the training at all franchise and corporate Growler USA pub locations.

Anderson brings more than 10 years of experience in restaurant and retail to the role, and most recently worked as the front of house franchisee trainer at Growler USA. Previously, he worked as a group sales manager for Landry’s in Denver. As Director of Pub Training for Growler USA, Anderson is charged with the organization and execution of on-site training for all corporate and franchise locations, in addition to the development of all training materials and analytics reporting.

“I look forward to continuing to contribute to the success of Growler USA pubs throughout the country in my new role,” says Anderson. “Growler USA has witnessed overwhelmingly positive feedback from the communities we serve, and as we continue to expand to new areas, I hope to enable franchisees and their staff to build strong, successful teams.”

Growler USA is a microbrew pub dedicated to offering only 100 percent American-made craft beverages and a food menu engineered to celebrate the flavors of each drink. Each location offers a variety of regional and nationally recognized beverages, and remains True to the Brew with up to 100 taps of craft beer, hard cider, draught wine, and hand-crafted non-alcoholic beverages such as craft root beer and kombucha tea.

Anderson’s promotion comes as a result of the significant growth the brand has experienced in the past year, including the opening of eight pubs in 2016 and inking more than 40 franchise agreements. In the year ahead, the brand plans to open 25 new locations, including pubs in the states of California, New Mexico and Oklahoma.
