Ruby Tuesday announced it has completed the remodels of all seven restaurants in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The restaurants have undergone updates to better reflect the company’s focus on fresh ingredients and appeal to today’s guests. The fresh redesign features a new look and feel on both the exterior and interior of each of the restaurants.

The newly renovated restaurants offer guests an updated dining room that creates a vibrant and welcoming environment. New furnishings and fixtures make for light and bright interiors that showcase local artwork and the brand’s signature Endless Garden Bar, which is a cornerstone of the Ruby Tuesday dining experience.

“At Ruby Tuesday, providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests is our number one priority, and that includes both the quality of our food and the environment of our restaurants,” says David Skena, chief marketing officer at Ruby Tuesday. “Our fresh, new look is representative of the many steps we have recently taken toward improving the guest experience, and we’re thrilled that the atmosphere of our newly remodeled Charlotte area restaurants is now on par with our new menu offerings. We are excited to welcome the Charlotte community into our restaurants to enjoy our new Endless Garden Bar and fresh dining environment.”

The expanded Endless Garden Bar now includes more than 55 fresh ingredients, nearly doubling the variety and selection of the brand’s prior offering. Offerings include shredded kale, chopped romaine, artichoke hearts, roasted corn and edamame alongside lasting favorites such as diced cucumbers and onions, sliced baby ‘bella mushrooms, diced eggs, crumbled feta and chopped bacon. To take the new Endless Garden Bar to another level, Ruby Tuesday now offers eight dressings made in-house with fresh ingredients.
