Ted Asprooth recently joined Antunes as new business development manager, responsible for the custom foodservice equipment manufacturer’s growth in the convenience store market.

Asprooth has more than 30 years of convenience store industry experience, including launching a leading publication for convenience store retailers, suppliers and distributors and serving as its publisher for 18 years. He was also instrumental in creating the FARE Conference, an annual foodservice event that provides operators and retailers from different channels the opportunity to connect and share ideas.

“Ted is an industry veteran who understands the trends, challenges and needs of today’s convenience store chains,” says Tom Krisch, EVP, Sales and Marketing for Antunes. “His knowledge and experience are assets to our team as we seek to grow our presence in this segment of the foodservice industry.”

Asprooth will be joining the Antunes team at the upcoming NAFEM Show in Orlando, from February 9 to 11 (Booth #1868).

“Antunes is a hidden gem in the convenience store channel, and I am excited to explore opportunities to connect operators in this space with Antunes’ custom solutions,” says Asprooth.
