Not Your Average Joe’s announced that Aaron Chambers was named to the position of vice president of culinary, executive chef. Chef Chambers brings more than 20 years’ of international experience to his role, as an alumnus of such renown culinary institutions as Le Manoir in Oxford, England, Café de Parc in Washington, D.C., Al Mahara in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Café Boulud and Boulud Sud in New York City, and most recently, Bar Boulud in Boston. Chambers will be responsible for leading and developing Not Your Average Joe’s culinary strategy and vision while playing an integral role in teaching and developing the brand’s chefs.

While working with Daniel Boulud and the Boulud Group for nearly eight years, Chambers was named one of Zagat’s 30 Under 30; he also received Star Chef’s Rising Star award and helped maintain 1 star Michelin recognition at Café Boulud, among other accolades. Growing up on a farm in Northern England, Chambers was no stranger to experimenting with the freshest local ingredients to dream up delicious, uncomplicated dishes of utmost quality. At Not Your Average Joe’s, Chambers will showcase his culinary finesse and continue to leverage simple, fresh ingredients to develop intriguing dishes with amazing flavors to further elevate the guest dining experience.
