BJ's Restaurants, Inc. opened its newest restaurant on Monday. The new BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, located in Redmond, Washington, is part of the 1.3 million square foot Redmond Town Center.
The 8,500-sq.-ft. location will seat approximately 260 guests and features an extensive menu including BJ's signature deep-dish pizza, award-winning handcrafted beer, and famous Pizookie dessert. BJ's highly detailed, contemporary décor and unique video statement, including a 103-inch plasma display as well as several high-definition flat panel televisions, creates a high-energy, fun, and family-friendly dining environment.
"We are very excited to open our newest BJ's restaurant in Redmond," says Greg Trojan, president and CEO. "Our Redmond restaurant is our second new restaurant in the state of Washington this year and our fourth in that state. To date, we have opened three new restaurants and we remain on track to open 14 additional new restaurants this year, including the relocation of an older, smaller-format 'pizza and grill' restaurant to a site that can support a larger-format BJ's restaurant in Eugene, Oregon."
Hours of operation are from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
BJ's Restaurants, Inc. currently owns and operates 133 casual dining restaurants under the BJ's Restaurant & Brewery, BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, BJ's Pizza & Grill, and BJ's Grill brands.
