Bagger Dave's Legendary Burger Tavern Opens in Indiana

Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. ("DRH" or the "Company"), the creator, developer, and operator of the unique, full-service, ultra-casual restaurant and bar Bagger Dave's Legendary Burger Tavern ("Bagger Dave's") and one of the largest franchisees for Buffalo Wild Wings, today announced it opened its newest Bagger Dave's in Avon, Indiana on Sunday, July 21, 2013.

"Avon is conveniently located just five miles west of Indianapolis and has experienced rapid growth over the last decade," says Michael Ansley, president and CEO. "We believe there is significant potential in the Indiana market. In support of our growth plan, this is the first of three new Bagger Dave's restaurants scheduled to open in the state of Indiana before the end of 2013."

In total, DRH expects to open an additional five Bagger Dave's restaurants in 2013, three in Michigan and two more in Indiana.
